I went in to look at a vehicle there a long time ago, they came down to the price I felt comfortable with but after further consideration I felt it wasn't the right choice to purchase the vehicle. Long story short the salesman there would not stop calling and harassing me to buy the car simply because they came down in price for me. It's my money and I will spend it how I want.

STAY AWAY!!! My husband bought an STI last December. Turns out, it had a broken turbo that we had to spend over 3000 to get fixed. My husband contacted the dealership. He was promised a new turbo. Well, that never happened. Then he was told he could sell the car back to the dealership. That never happened either. They are "downgrading" so they aren't accepting new cars. We have been lied to countless times and were given false promises. The dealership refuses to resolve this issue. The owner won't call us back Apparently they are known to give false promises. We will be taking legal action. They sell damaged cars and don't make an effort to fix any issues. You are DUMB to go to this dealership because it's a money pit. You will end up spending more money on fixing things you didn't know were broken. Go to a reputable dealership even if you need to spend a little more money because it will be worth it. AVOID this dealership at all costs!!! I hope they go out of business so they can't screw anyone else.

I do not usually do this, or even like to. However, I advise people to stay away from imports of Lancaster County. I bought my STI from them in 2010 and it was a very unenjoyable experience. When I bought the car, they wouldn't fill the tank. Who sells a car and won't fill the tank? I spend 25 thousand dollars and you can't fill it up. When I went and took the car for MD state inspection it didn't pass. The rotors needed to be replaced. The customer service was lacking to say the least. They were very rude and wouldn't take me serious since I was a "younger" customer. Also my car didn't come with a spare tire or jack. This one was partially my fault. I didn't think to check and I should have. But when I called back they basically told me to kick rocks. The only reason I bought the car was it was the only one with everything on my checklist within 300 miles. Just a word from experience for anyone on the fence with them.

If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would give them that. Bought. 2010 Sti in September of 2015 not even 3 weeks later the motor and turbo blow up. Was told nothing they can do since we bought the car. Warranty wouldn't cover it due to it being a pre existing condition. Hands down worst experience of my life. 6 months, 7500 later and a complete motor rebuild needless to say we got rid of the car. Subaru America will be doing an investigation as well as the better business bureau. Dealer was a total scammer knowing damn well our car would blow up at any time. Don't get yourself caught in the same situation we did.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I bought an '08 WRX STI in October 2013 for 26k "as is." During the test drive, nothing seemed out of the ordinary or sounded off, and the dealer told me it was tuned to the T. The only reason it was "as is," they said is because it was out of warranty, but a few months later, the clutch assembly began making an awful squeaking and would get stuck. After some research and taking the car to an independent garage and a Subaru dealership, it's been concluded all around that the firewall welds are breaking. It is a 6k fix. Just over a year after purchase, the power steering rack began leaking profusely and needed to be replaced, another 2-3k fix. Then, the car's EWG busted. That's a 300 fix. Now, there is an awful rod knock issue in the engine, which can blow the engine at any moment, and is another 6k fix. I've been told the car is worth 14k, maybe 10k with a blown engine. This place is SHADY and they are completely silent in terms of customer service. Seriously... you won't be able to get in contact with them at all.

It was one of the worst places I have ever gone to check out an Subaru Sti. The person I made a appointment with wasn't even ready at our time. I drove 4 hours to check a car out and they didn't even give me the time of day till I showed that I wasn't happy about their service. I knew more about the car then they did. I asked what's the mods to the car and their answer is ummm I really don't know but it's fast. I checked out three Sti's there and all had issues. One had water in the trunk over the spare tire. It could have been a flood car but who knows. The other two where way over priced for the miles and condition. It was a waste of 8 hours round trip to be insulted and lied too.

WORST AND SKETCHIEST DEALER!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I myself along with a few other people i have met through the subaru community have bought Subaru STI's from this dealer. ALL, I REPEAT, ALL of their vechicles including mine have been in the shop 5 times each. I myself had to rebuild the motor 1500 miles after purchasing a subaru from here and am TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS in deep on this subaru and havent even owned it but 8 months. They never told me any previous info about the car. they wouldnt even release where they got the car from or how much they got it for. I was so on the fence about buying this car. I EXTREMLY regret purchasing a vehicle from Imports of Lancaster County and I do NOT recommend doing business with this dealer. Youre just signing up for a money pit.

Went in to buy one of their STI's and the receptionist said the sales person just stepped out. She took my license (to scan for the test drive) and told me I could wait by his desk because he'll be back in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later he shows up and he says (direct quote) "What do you want?". I was very taken back by this. I told him I would like to test drive his STI's and I am ready to buy today if everything goes well. He said he doesn't do test drives unless you're pre-approved. To paint a picture my car was worth about 15k (trade in), I was well dressed, and I handle myself professionally. I don't know what gave him the impression that I wasn't a serious buyer but regardless I showed him the email correspondence between my loan officer and myself. He said that wasn't good enough because I needed to be pre-approved from one of his 5 banks. I don't know why that mattered because I was pre-approved for twice as much as his most expensive car and it was from a trustworthy company. At that point I said I didn't really want to go through all of that so I would be happy if he test drove it while I road along. I've driven several of them so I just wanted to make sure it didn't have any odd sounds suggesting it would be a money pit. He told me 'no' so I asked if he would just start one up, again I got a stern 'no'. Long story short, I drove down to Lancaster County Motors Subaru, spoke with Jon Furukawa and he gave me a deal on a ordering a brand new one. Sounds like a dodged a bullet because this guy sells duds.
