I took my mother to see one of the doctors at this practice on the suggestion of her wound care doctor. He believed that there was some sort of infection festering in her foot. It took much begging to be able to get an appointment within 2 months time(the initial offer was for 3 months). After a much pleasant visit to the office on the appointed day, the doctor proclaimed that even though her wound care physician was concerned, he did not see (at the moment) any signs of infection other than the dry gangrene we already knew she had on her toe. We returned to the wound care doctor with the great news and he was not satisfied with this diagnosis and was still concerned( as the infectious disease doctor should have been). He requested an MRI and 24hrs later after the procedure my mother was diagnosed with osteomyelitis. My mom is 77, a diabetic, with RA and immunosuppressed. In my opinion the infectious disease doctor was to quick to dismiss the issue.

Terrible experience. I do no recommend this facility to anyone. I waited 4 months for an appointment. I emailed the new patient paperwork on Friday. The same day I received a confirmation email from the office manager telling me they will see me on Monday. When I get to the office on Monday my appointment was cancelled. Never received a call or email about the cancelation. This facility has no regard for your time, and has poor organizational skills.

The office staff was pleasant and professional - both with making the appointment and in person. Once I was there, they called me in within minutes after finishing my paperwork. The doctor came in promptly once I sat in the exam room, listened to what I had to say and effectively addressed my problem. I wish all doctor appointments went so nicely.
