Bought a brand new QX80 at a very good price, and I was looking for a used one. Such a great place to shop. No need to go anywhere else. Mike Bickett is the man with a plan to enter through the drivers door. Thanks to the whole crew there. I bought my 36k Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Infiniti QX70 on Saturday 3/7/2020 and noticed a crack in my windshield on Sunday 3/8/2020. I contacted my salesman first thing on Monday morning 3/9/2020 to make him aware of it and he said he would let his manager know about it. I didn't hear back from the executive manager Leonard Spencer until Tuesday 3/10/2020. I thought Mr. Spencer would make this situation right by agreeing to replace the windshield, but to my surprise he turned the situation against me saying that I did the damage while the vehicle was in my possession. After test driving the vehicle on the day of purchase Saturday 3/7/2020, the salesman instructed me to drive the vehicle into their dim lit service bay where I inspected it, but due to the damage being in the dark bottom section of the windshield above the dash would make it very hard to see in a dim lit environment like their service bay. What was supposed to be a delightful experience was turned into a very unpleasant one, due to Mr. Spencer’s unprofessional behavior in handling this matter. By not doing what’s right, Clay Green’s Infiniti of Lexington is giving a bad name to Infiniti’s Certified Pre-Owned program and I will not do business with them again in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here at Infiniti of Lexington! I was welcomed as soon as I pulled in but yet never once felt pressured or hassled, was offered snacks and coffee as they tried to make numbers work for me! JB Connors sold me my Nissan Altima and went the extra mile to make sure I left happy! Thank you JB for filling up my gas tank and making sure the car was sparking as I drove away... such a smooth experience! Go see him!
