We were met upon entry by Sandy Burke. She was so welcoming and nice. She had the car that we were interested ready for us to take a test drive. Upon our return she sat down with us to discuss details. Buying a car an be very stressful. She made the whole process so pleasant for us. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She went to management at our request and came back with a satisfactory answer for us. She was so patient and knowledgeable and made us feel special. We had had a terrible experience at another dealership a few days earlier so she was like a breath of fresh air! She called the following day to ask if we had any questions which we thought was very nice and then she called on her day off a few days later to double-check on us. Not many people would go above and beyond like she did. We highly recommend Sandy to anyone interested in buying a vehicle -you will not be sorry at the VIP treatment! Thank you, Sandy!
