Purchasing a vehicle from salesman Lee Baker was the smoothest and fastest transaction that I have ever had. No fuss, no gimmicks. He found the car that I wanted, had price approved and I was out the door in record time. Almost like the old days. Your word is your bond and a handshake is as good as a contract. I cant delete this lol! I meant Ray Brandt of Nissan! I purchased my 2018 Nissan Rogue SV from Stacy Ladner, he is absolutely amazing! I purchased my Vehicle October 2019 after having my first ever wreck and my Car was totaled. Stacy truly cared about making me feel safe and the importance of staying in my price range. He is a rarity in Sales, he genuinely cares about each customers individual needs. He made my nervous wreck self feel comfortable, at ease, no pressure, and let me slowly drive several models. He made sure I was comfortable and was not pushy at all. Coming from Sales, its rare to see people who don't just make you feel like their commission check. Stacy is phenomenal and went above and beyond to make my purchase smooth, stress free, and happy! This has been my 4th vehicle I have purchased and I would never want to use another Sales person for purchasing any future vehicles. Thank you so much Stacy, I still love RiRi the rogue so much!!!

Worst customer service and repair work I have ever received from infinity. I took my car in because the sunroof drain was leaking. They had my car for 4 weeks to fix the problem and told me when I picked it up that they got my car “mixed up” with another car and fixed things that I didn’t authorize to be fixed. In the process of fixing my sunroof drain and carpet they somehow managed to take a chunk out of my dashboard. The service manager told me to bring my car back and they would fix it. Said it would take approximately 1.5-2 hrs to fix. The service manager assured me his technician did “excellent” work. 5 hours later they finished and when I saw the work done I was completely flabbergasted! My car looked horrible! When I asked the service manager if it looked good to him he said, “it looks better than it did.” I was so irritated and disappointed in the quality work received. I will NEVER return to this dealership for anything. I do not recommend this service department to anyone...not even my worst enemy.
