Wonderful service. Buying our new SUV from INFINITI of Tacoma made the process seem almost effortless. We live about 3.5 hours away so we did most of the paperwork over the phone. We showed up at the dealership to sign paperwork then all was complete. I highly recommend buying from these guys.

Oscar was an absolutely awesome service point person. Never in my life have I had someone so service oriented and communicative. He texted with updates and kept me in the loop while I had my car getting a big service plus new tires. Never was there pressure—just information for me to make my decision. When my car was finished with service, they couldn’t wash and vacuum as the person who does that went home sick so Oscar was sure to text me and offer to pick up my car, take it to Infinity and clean it another day! Above and beyond.

The service department was outstanding. Took my car for its 30k maintenance and was very pleased with every single detail. Ease of appointment booking, brand new QX 60 loaner car was amazing. The true stars of the appointment were the employees. Carrie was a rock star as my service advisor, Brandon was amazing and John was able to teach me all Sorts of things so, I never have to use my dreaded owners manual. The price was exactly as quoted, ready when promised as well as clean and vacuumed. Do not hesitate great place and great snacks for lunch hour oil changes!

We worked with Al Baz on buying a used car here. Al made this big purchase easy and low pressure for us. Halfway through our day of driving cars in the area, we let Al know that we were interested in a car but we needed to take a lunch break to feed our 18 month old. Al gave us the keys to the car so no one could snag it while we took the car out for lunch. I think we found a great car for a decent price, and the customer service was great!

I purchased an Infiniti Qx30 at this dealership and I have nothing but positive things to say about them...Which we all know is rare when it comes to buying a car! I had a specific one in mine that I wanted to drive, test drive it and was undecided at that time. The salesman helping me (Clayton Johnston) was friendly and helpful without making me feel pressured in any way to make a decision. After test driving other cars at other dealerships I decided that was the one I wanted and called them the next morning. They were able to start my paperwork over the phone and we finished the transaction quickly that evening. I got a fair deal and am very happy with the whole interaction. This was probably the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve had so thank you all again! I love my new car would absolutely recommend working with them.
