Integrity(less) is more like it. Strung along myself and our buyer to think everything was on track with their FHA mortgage, then hit up our buyer the DAY BEFORE CLOSING for proof of income, water test, proof of stimulus money deposit, etc...four weeks went by already... wasting my time...
