Totally RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE! Not professional! This company handled charges for services through my doctor’s office. I called back after receiving a message and, after talking with an employee about the origins of my charges, I was told that “it’s not my fault that you don’t pay your bills” by a woman I did not know regarding a small amount that was owed. It was an unwarranted comment that was followed by her abruptly asking “are you paying or no” and then hanging up on me. Who trained her?!?! Ridiculous...
