This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. Dan Doyle answered all of our questions before we ever stepped foot into the dealership and had our new Forester detailed and full of gas before we arrived for our appointment. I hate dealing with car dealerships but was very surprised with Carr. I had gone to look at trucks at 5 different dealerships. I was very skeptical at first walking in to the used lot. I was greeted by Max and told him what I wanted and my price range. He looked everywhere on the lot and even at the back lots to see what is coming in. He was very honest and I really appreciated that. I didn't leave with a truck the first day but Max looked all week and kept me updated. I went back a week and half later and Max and Juan showed me a beautiful Dodge. They were very understanding and helpful. I really appreciated all their hard work and getting the exact truck I wanted. You guys are great and I recommend all my friends to go there.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Thanks to another guy who called around to friends to find us the SUV we wanted. Carr had one. And had it ready for us to look at. Then worked with us to get the payments affordable. They even helped us understand the controls and set the radio stations. Drove it home same day. Been enjoying it. Put running boards on it and a dash cover. Found the owners manual and learned to set it to the setting I like. And my husband likes my SUV so well, we now have two ford explorers. I got him his own for his birthday. It is older. But he is still having fun with his.

Brandon was very helpful and I felt zero pressure to buy. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the most beautiful BMW at a great price. I checked the internet, and in comparison, they were offering a good deal. The starter went out about a week after I bought it and I was up in Longview Washington. They AMAZINGLY PAID FOR THE TOW AND HALF THE REPAIR!!! (The tow alone was 300). I have never known anyone to buy a used car, have it break and have the dealership cover anything. They stand by their sales. They could not have known that the starter would fail, yet they paid up for it. Wow. Clear and honest. In reality, if you dont get it in writing don't expect it. They sell used cars and obviously must profit from it, you pay for their service in helping you find what you want and answering your questions to the best of their ability.
