I have been with Invisable fence since around 2001 when had the pleasure of meeting Bob for the first time when he installed my first invisible fence system when I lived down south in Clayton, De. He was very professional and did a great job. For the 16 years I live there , Bob and his wife Mary were very service oriented. Mary helped me when I needed new batteries and when I needed a service call she would help me with setting up an appointment and Bob would be there at my house on time. I loved the service of invisible fence so much that when I moved north to Newark, De in 2017 , the first thing I did after moving into my new home, was call Mary to set up an appointment to have my second invisible fence system installed by Bob. In the two years I have lived here Bob has come on several service calls including the one he did today. Ever time Bob came out on service call on both of my systems it was to repair a cut wire or upgrade the system or to do a special requests like adding a barrier which he did today for me. Not once did my invisible fence system fail because of bad workmanship or the system it self. . . . . . . The next time you need a Barrier to keep your dog safe. Don’t install a regular fence , I highly recommend invisible fence with Bob and Mary.

Used to be very reliable franchise. From the folks that came by and met my dogs to the folks who installed the fence. Super interested in what they were doing and how they did it. It’s what I have always experienced with Invisible Fence in the previous three properties I have installed it. Not so much since in this case. Despite their assurances, they did not keep up with the annual battery plan. When I called to get it “renewed,” they agreed to mail the batteries out that day, a Thursday. Their shop is less than 10 miles from my home. No batteries by Monday. Called them. They said they had been mailed. Called again. I get a personal VM. Not the franchise VM. Moving on. Can get them someplace else.
