My iPhone SE had an issue with the power button, the staff was really nice and took a look at it for me. They diagnosed that it was an issue with the part on the phone, I chose to upgrade to the new iPhone 11 since my SE was slowing down anyway, but their staff was very nice and worked quickly to let me know what was going on.
