I left a negative post about how they treated me after I purchased a house and the seller had already paid iron City for the work in our closing contract. I had called iron City to find out when they would be here to fix my pool. They held back all services until after the closing of the house. They did however keep the money that they were pre- paid to do the service. This is their statement trying to avoid legal ramifications. The owner of iron City claimed that I wasn't a customer on my previous review. Avoid this place. Iron City please explain this response if you were never hired????

Coach is amazing! He is super helpful as my husband and myself are pool novices. He gives his undivided attention to each customer until he has completely served them. Sometimes we have to wait to talk with him, but we'll worth the wait and customer service.

Walked in no one greeted us. There was 2 other people there as well seemed like they wanted help but the guy kept tapping to his friend so we left. Had a few bags of pool stuff and a lonely hot tub, rather underwhelming. Not gonna return and wouldn't recommend.
