I reached out to All-Star Orthopedics for advice on where to go in Dallas to buy a shoulder immobilizer sling since I lost mine in a move from out of state. The receptionist was extremely rude telling me that she didn't know. I asked her if could talk with someone who might know and I was forwarded to a voicemail. Several hours later was told to go to Amazon or make an appointment to come in to be seen..... Amazing.... If this is the advice about where to go buy a brace I would hate to see what they would have said about my torn rotary cuff. I did call Texas Bone & Joint and was given excellent customer service. I have my immobilizer and moving forward if I have any issues I will definitely go there.

This is what my foot looks like after two surgeries with Dr. Straus. I don't know why the picture isn't showing up unless it has to be reviewed. I am going to a new Dr. in hopes that he can repair the damage that Dr. Straus did.

Great doctors and staff. They truly care for your well being. Almost no wait. Several doctors work at same time and staff keep the flow going. You get good attention/time from the surgeon and they do not jump to operate on you. Will always use All Star for orthopedic needs.

Dr. Honig is the best! My 16 year old daughter tore her ACL and tore her Meniscus in 2 places. He was informative, honest and calming. He didn't make any promises, just told my daughter straight on what she would need to do to get back to playing soccer. She loved that he didn't treat her like a child, but he also calmed her when needed. Would suggest Dr. Honig to all that ask!

I had an appointment this morning and when I scheduled told the office it was related to a car accident. They asked if an attorney was involved or private insurance. I said no attorney. Private insurance. They said they could see me. When I showed up this morning they told me I had to private pay or could not be seen. They could see who scheduled me and understood what I was told. Horrible patient interactions! The fact that they will not work with health insurance if you have been involved in a car accident should be considered malpractice! Thieves! Trying to make people private pay when insurance is available. DO NOT GO HERE!
