We've been taking Sugar to the Groom Shop for many years. Always happy with the results and care they've taken with her. On one rare occasion, our car was in the shop and they brought our dog home for us. Very courteous and professional. By the way, I read all of these reviews and I cannot imagine why the negative reviews are there. When we pull out our pet carrier, Sugar knows where she's going and gets really happy and excited to get there. Always comes out looking great, smelling fancy, and happy as a dog can be. Never any issues... Period! I'm sorry for the bad experience the few people may have had, but it is indeed a rarity from my point of view. All the dogs that are there when we arrive are either being cared for or are in their individual crates waiting their turn. I even see the staff outside walking the dogs for their potty breaks. Some dogs might just be traumatized from the experience of having to leave home...

There are times whenever I pick up my Phoebe she is having scratching tremendously, I wonder if its the shampoo or if she is not being rinse enough... And in several occasions when I requested just trim the face and clip nails that's all, to my surprise I still have to pay Full amount...compared before... I only paid 20 for those... since there is no bath and my dog is not being shaved...whole body.... so it's really surprisingly. But I'm giving it 5 stars as they are accommodating on the time I can drop Phoebe even if it's late afternoon due to my work hours..

These are great people that really love dogs! They always do a fantastic job and it was the best value I have found. They will work with you and available pretty much whenever they are open. Love them!!!
Who do you have answering phones here? I’ve always taken my dogs here but I called on Saturday and some woman gave me some long rant about how she’s completely overbooked, she’s overwhelmed and tells me I should have called before 11 on a Saturday. This is a business I can call and inquire any time and day. I simple asked if there was a spot available for my dog today I didn’t need the scolding. Very unprofessional and it made me never want to take my dogs back there again. If they’re so stressed and overwhelmed, they can’t be providing good service or treatment to these animals.
Bear was scared of clippers at other shops. These guys did awesome with him. He’s looking handsome and had no issues here. New repeat customer for sure.
I have never been more pleased with a service! Beverly is a gem This place has had it's struggles but has definitely conquered them all. I will never take my pet to anyone other than her. She is compassionate about your satisfaction and your pet's well-being. AWESOME JOB EVERY TIME!!
