Horrible experience! It used to be Willis starnes and now it's this Tots 2 teens and ever since it changed it went down hill quickly! Service was not like before. I had taken my son here when he had his bad allergies and I wanted to get him a covid-19 test for precautions not because he was exposed to someone. They got all the information wrong and than told me my results will be in a few days and than it ended up taking longer and there was ppl that got their results before my son's results and were seen the same day my son was seen. I did not feel comfortable with the nurse practitioner that saw my son. I did not get a good experience with her. I had to call them to send my son's school a note I had to remind them to send it 3 times. It's been a week and the school hasn't received it. I won't step foot there ever again.

I brought my step daughter here to get her flu shot, and I absolutely loved this clinic! Each room was cutely decorated, the staff were all very sweet and reassuring to my step daughter, who hates shots. They also had stickers at the ready that she could choose from for being so good! As someone who is very concerned about COVID, the staff took every and all necessary precautions. There were temperature checks upon entry, screening questions, everyone wore masks and gloves the whole time, and I even saw they sanitizing rooms between patients. This clinic made me feel comfortable and safe, I will definitely be coming back!

If you are in need of an excellent dr. for your little ones all the way up to your teenagers look no further. Dr. Tamara and her staff is unbelievable remarkable. I have brought my kids here since they were newborns and I have never been disappointed in the care they have received here. There is no other office that I know of that does so much for children. I can not thank you and your staff for all of their professional care and how you always have the right care for them. I can not thank you enough for always being there for my children. You are AWESOME!!!!!!THANK YOU AGAIN SO

I absolutely love this establishment! Best pediatrics in Dallas. Staff was very professional and friendly. Would not take my child anywhere else. I don’t see how someone can leave a bad review, i don’t think it’s genuine because i’ve had nothing but good experiences with them.

I’m so glad I chose this clinic because they really do care to see what they can help me and my children with. Super friendly and they’re very clean. With all the covid virus going around I really do recommend this place because they follow the rules and everything is super clean. Love the Christmas tree decorations as well.
