I was referred to Dr. Mahmoud by a friend and also saw Dr. Ibrahim and she’s wonderful. They were the nicest people. There was a nurse, I don’t remember her name and she was the best. They are all thorough. I will be getting surgery to correct an previous injury. Although I was sad, Dr. Ibrahim made me feel comfortable by showing me the procedure and how it will be performed.

I saw Dr. Ibrahim here for a really bad ankle issue that I have been having for quite some time and she was hands down one of the best Doctors that I have ever met. Other doctors that I saw we dismissive and didn't really take notice that my ankles are partially collapsed. I would highly recommend One Oak and Dr. Ibrahim & Nancy to anyone looking for a good medical group.
The nicest staff ever! Came here to get my knee x-rayed and they made the whole process as smooth as possible. Wait time was less than 5 minutes, the office was super clean, and the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Faisal Mahmood looked at my x-rays and clearly articulated what the problem was for me as well as a providing solution. His personality combined with professionalism was exactly what I expected in finding the perfect Doctor. All in all, One Oak Medical will be my high recommendation due to their professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality!
