We purchased a filtering system about 20 yes ago for our home. Recently had to replace part of 1 of the fixtures.( not bad after 20 yrs.!) The Greene family were a pleasure to deal with( parents). Stan has since passed and Mike got right on ordering the part we needed and the problem was fixed in no time! I have read the first review and really can't believe that that is all there is to that story! Would really like to hear Mike's side of that story! Mike has always been very cordial and very professional, I can not see him not going out to service their equipment! ( Just gotta be more to that story.) Really to bad that 1 bad review can damage a businesses reputation!

I would stay away from this company. A few years ago they installed a water softening system in our house. A couple of years later, our water pressure became weak. The service rep who originally installed the system came to the house to repair the issue. The issue was minor. At certain connections, sediment had collected and needed to cleaned away. That is where the problem escalated. While disconnecting certain connections, water spewed out all over the place, making a huge mess. The rep admitted that he should have installed a shut off valve, and said, \live and learn.\ He proceeded to install a shut off valve, clean the connections, and we cleaned the mess. The water system worked well after that. Here is the reason not to use this company. Recently, we had the same issue with the water pressure again. We called to have it serviced but this time, the man would not come to our house to fix the issue. We spoke to the same person who had come to the house before, and he refused to come to the house and service the system. The man remembered the big mess that happened before (that was actually his fault), and said he wanted no part of that again. We explained that he had installed a shut off valve so that the mess would not happen again, which he remembered, but he still refused to come to the house. He said he wanted no part in servicing to system. So let the buyer beware! Why would you want to buy from this company when they won't service what they sell? Especially when it was not installed properly the first time? Pay the extra money for someone more reputable and stands behind the products they sell, because in my opinion, Greene's is neither caring or reputable.
We have used this company to help with our water system for the last 20 years. Mike has always been very helpful. He has walked me through our system when we had trouble and if I could not manage then he has come out to the house. He, and his parents before him, have saved us repeatedly.
I’ve used Greene’s for two different homes and have been very happy with their installation and follow-up customer service.
