We fully remodeled a bath for my mother-n-law to allow for better and safer access for an elderly lady. We did a partial remodel to the master bath and replaced all the flooring in all 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. I could not be happier with the end results! The tile work is beautiful. Floors are beautiful. The staff at IYF and the constructions crews were better than great! They made the 4 week process much easier than I had expected. The management staff was wonderful, always responsive. The construction crews were polite, respective and overlooked the spoiled rotten puppy that owns the home. Seriously, they were watchful of her and most are now her friends. When we first looked at the job, Mike was quick to make some great recommendations to make the best use of our space. From Matt, Gary,, Bonnie, Caleb, Brent... well all of those who worked, I can only say “Well Done!” I couldn’t ask for a better experience and gladly recommend them.

Worst customer service, would give them 0 stars if that was an option. Please take your business elsewhere. The owner Gary is rude and non-trustworthy. It's your Floor charged my credit card BEFORE work was performed, refused to honor the quote that was given to me for the work, refused to refund me and then charged my card 3 weeks later again fraudulently after credit card company had investigated dispute. Read other reviews, this is your warning. Do not give them your business!

We recently used It’s Your Floor to renovate our new home in Southlake and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The friendly and professional staff were super knowledgeable and easy to work with, helping us in choosing and sourcing the perfect granite, stone, carpet and tile for our custom renovation ideas. The workers who came out and did the painting, carpet, granite and stonework were equally friendly and professional. They were always polite and respectful, and they all did their jobs beautifully. Everybody was on schedule and fast, and communication with the workers and the showroom was always a breeze. A special thank you to Michelle at the Davis Boulevard location for all her excellent follow up, making sure we were totally pleased every step of the way. I highly recommend using It’s Your Floor for any home building or renovation project.
