I had a lockout early in the morning. My insurance assigned J&T recovery. I was quoted a reasonable time, the driver showed up 15 minutes before the quoted time and it took them 2 minutes to unlock the vehical. Driver remained at a proper social distance too!! Professional, fast, friendly, COVID safe. Would reccomend and will call them again (hopefully not for a while though)
They are not 24hrs!!!!!! If you try to get your car on Sunday it’s an extra 50....because the manager has to come out! Yeah right. The daily storage fee is 30. It’s cheaper to wait til the next day!!!!!! FYI I didn’t choose them isp did.
Better customer service than Joey's and cheaper too!
Driver was very professional and very nice. He knew what he was doing and quickly got my truck loaded up
