Great place to shop for my first electric setup. Got a cheap amp, great deal on a used Epi Special II, and all the bits and bobs to go with 'em. Jack will answer any question you have, but you might want to do your research on what you're after before your first visit - nobody can read minds. He also is doing his due diligence in managing the store during the COVID-19 pandemic, which I strongly respect.

The owner was so wonderful and helpful when I was getting my daughters violin repaired. He was super informative and explained everything he did to the violin and how to maintain it. He did not overcharge and I will definitely be going back for all my violin needs.

Was inside for several minutes while the owner continued to have what appeared to be a personal conversation with another customer. Never acknowledged my presence until I finally had to look for the price tag on a guitar hanging behind the counter myself. Told him after he finally asked if he could help me 'Nevermind...you're busy' i am a Retired cop and former military member with both arms heavily sleeved out. Must not care for our kind. Was traveling from Florida to pick up a few extra guitars for my collection. Wound not buy from here ever !
