One of the best experiences I have ever had. I spoke with Frank himself when setting up the tour and we chatted for almost 30 minutes and had a wonderful talk. Then when we got to dog sledding we got Cole as our Musher and he was the best! We had such a fun time with him and he is loved by both the dogs and people alike. He told us all about the dogs and their personalities, taught us how to drive, and was so informative and down to earth. The dogs were so incredible and friendly and we got to pet them and spend a lot of time with them. The hot spring and lunch were amazing!!! We also saw a moose and a bald eagle! Have to just reiterate...one of the best experiences ever. You were right Frank, you set out to be number 1 and you guys nailed it in our book! Thank you guys all so much from Amy and I!

We came here knowing that we would had fun and we left being absolutely blown away. Our tour guide Clark and the owner Frank gave us an incredible experience while visiting Wyoming. They were fun, personable and the experience was mind blowing. The views, hot springs and the ride were incredible. I recommend that anyone who visits Jackson, make this a mandatory part of their trip. Go Bills!

Fantastic dog sledding experience and well worth the money. Could not have imagined having a better time. Clark our guide was fantastic and great to speak with, and the hot springs were amazing. The dogs were all happy and great to be around. Would highly recommend!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Jackson Hole! The dogs are so friendly and love what they do. They bark in excitement when the van arrives since they all want to run. You can tell the mushers love the dogs they train- they know them all by name and personality. Sometimes they even take them home for sleepovers! Our musher Cole was wonderful. So personable and made the tour great! Amazing experience!! Must do while in Jackson Hole and will be returning!!!

Thankyou for a great time. Staff on point and Jeff is not everyone cup of tea but running a great business and fun and you learn a lot about dog sledding. Also the much was great being a Chef that chili was right on point made perfect. Like thank tour guide Doug you great young with lot of knowledge and great that share things with us. And teach us about of sled works and about dog and the life style. But Jeff you are my cup of tea I like you right on point not waste time and what everyone to get right out there with dog. Thankyou so much for great time keep great work there.

My first experience with Frank was calling to make the reservation and he worked with me to get this event set up as the finale of my trip. He also assisted me in connecting with Jackson Hole Central to get the other events set up. His personal experience was spot on. Now to his staff, our driver Cole, was experienced with the dogs and setting them up on the line. I loved that he was able to talk with each of us and flow with conversation so easily. He was great. Now the dogs, they were amazing with their strength and endurance In the end, if you want an experience of a lifetime reach out to Frank and his company, you will not be disappointed. He is who he is, and very direct, but I think he is serious about the safety of his customers, drivers and his dogs. This is his business and he runs it well.

Our musher was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and friendly to my son and I . The scenery was amazing. However, on the other hand Frank prides hisself on not being a people person and it shows . Our group paid for a full day and we had to turn around at the half day mark . A moose was on the trail . Sure , it wasn’t Franks fault ,but it wasn’t ours either . We paid for a full day to the warm springs and didn’t get that . When the group asked about a discount on that trip or a future trip Frank became rude , argumentative , and aggressive! I would highly recommend checking into other dog sledding options ! BTW this is the first negative review I have ever left on anyone in my life .

Long check in process that could be enhanced. Frank prides himself on not being everyone’s cup of tea, and that’s the truth. If payment was taken in full at booking it would eliminate the headache upon arrival and allow for much better flow. Our guide was nice, quiet so made the trip a little longer but overall was a good experience. Knowing what I know about other outfits I would likely go with another company.
