Best dealership experience I have EVER had. Staffed by genuinely nice and courtesy people. The owner and his family all work together helping customers. Everyone is laid back and truthful. Travis Pace helped me, and he is the best salesman I have ever encountered at any brand. He loves cars and is passionate about keeping you informed. I witnessed one of the salesman calling his old customers on their birthday, just to sing \happy birthday\ on their VM. It so awesome to see a dealership run this way. Brian Beall was a fantastic individual to work with, I live almost 350 miles away and this dealership was willing to work through all COVID-19 restrictions in place, in order to get me into my dream truck. I contacted 3 other dealerships closer to me and neither seemed all too keen to do any extra work that needed to be done in order to find and deliver the exact specifications on an 2020 AT4 that I wanted, until Brian Beall at Jackson's went above and beyond to deliver to me this awesome truck. The over the phone buying process was easy and seamless, when I took delivery it only included 10 minutes to sign all the paperwork before I was handed the keys, because they did all the work beforehand. There was a small snafu over the running boards, but the issue was handled professionally and resolved in the manner most convenient to me (They drove out 350 miles to fix it!) Again, speaking to the testament of the quality of this dealership and its employees. The next time I'm in the market for a truck I'll check here first, no matter how far away I am. If only all vehicle dealerships were like this one...

When you your a patient buyer, some dealers will try and push you into a vehicle you don’t want. Did I say I was picky... Victor has both, the patience and endurance to help me find both the vehicle I wanted and within a reasonable budget. He did not give up worked with me for 4 months trying make a match. I had to work on my budget a little and he kept showing me vehicles... He brought them to our house! What’s it like buying a vehicle from home... try it! Thank you Jacksons of Kingfisher
