I had a bad leak underneath my home which is on a slab. Jeremy came by the day after I called and walked me through my options. He helped me make the correct decision at a reasonable price. Jeremy and Troy both went above and beyond to help fix a major plumbing problem. I now have all new plumbing, exhaust fan, and toilet fittings which was completed in the time frame and quote we discussed. Would definitely recommend them based on their honesty, quality, and timeliness!

Kevin and Josh replaced my air conditioning system with superb and professional expertise. It only took a little more than half a day. They kept my property clean during removal and replacement. HRI puts the customer’s needs first! This was so apparent when I called and talked with Jill, who showed such great compassion for my water problem. Yes this company knows Jill is the key to the success of their business. She was very kind, polite, and very understanding of my particular needs. She was very responsive and scheduled my appointment for the following afternoon. She thoroughly explained the charges and the difficulty predicting the availability of a technician. HRI sent a text of confirmation with the name and picture of the technician. They notified me that he could come earlier in the morning. The technician, Dave, was punctual and did a very high quality job. He was very personable and efficient to correct our problem. I highly recommend HRI to everyone that wants to be treated with respect and have quality work done.
Outstanding service!! Technician actually saved me money. Was more than happy and willing to fix one of my issues but as he started to work on it he showed me how I could simply do it myself which saved me money!!!! Another great aspect is they email and call you before the technician comes out with a picture of the technician so know who you are watching for. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!!!
A fantastic service with the most polite servicemen who do excellent work. They are terribly expensive. But that's to be expected with plumbers, if it was easy we wouldn't hire them. My favorites, by far.
