I just spoke to Mrs Marisa M, and she is one of the most friendliest and most professional property managers I've ever encountered. I am active duty, moving from one military post to another so I have lived in military housing before. I found Mrs Marissa to be very helpful and insightful on many topics. I believe that she genuinely cares for the servicemembers she is helping to obtain military housing, and not just because it's her job. I only wish more military members would post and rate not only the homes but the friendly service we get from the office. Most of the issues with military housing can be resolved if we just communicate with the office and ask for their assistance.

-Getting on the list and ensuring I had a place when I arrived was smooth. Once I did the walk through 1 day later came back to an infestation of termites on the front door....could not access it due to the amount. -Down stairs A/C works 4.0 but upstairs is 8-10 degrees hotter. Once you walk up the stairs, 8 steps, you feel the heat increase. -These are townhouses so you live directly with your neighbors. Can not hear anybody else's family which is nice. Once they move out is a different story. For some reason the carpet company likes to come at 5 p.m for about 2 hours and clean the carpets which you can hear from a block away. Try to put your kids asleep during that!! Those are the negatives. Everything on base is accessible and easy to get to. Housing office is easy to work with townhouses are remodeled and nice.

Customer service is disappointing. Only one phone call to the office has been answered, then we were promptly hung up on. The rest have gone straight to voicemail. It's the middle of the day! Not to mention their email correspondence is completely lacking. We've been waiting a few weeks to get the application paperwork. This kind of stuff makes moving across the country a hassle.

First of all the ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful. So let’s start with the positives. * close to everything on base * friendly staff * easy to work with on move in * pretty homes * easy to make maintenance requests Now the negitive * not enough one story ADA housing which is very surprising since this base is a hub for the EFMP program. Only 12 one story and 301 homes total. Not even 25% of the base personnel can live here * no fenced in yards and trying to do one on your own is expensive and a pain with all the paperwork. It also raises your renters insurance and can cause problems with claims later on. * small footprint. I can almost touch the counter and the stove in the kitchen * water smells like sulfur So far it’s ok. Once we find out if we can homestead or not we will decide if we want to move out in town or not.

They are really quick to resolve urgent issues. I consider the A.C. going out as an inconvenience and not so much an \urgent situation\ my wife disagrees. They at first said that a technician would be out the next day before I told them it was the A.C. once they operator was aware that our A.C. was out she assured me someone would be here the same day. Sure enough within an hour a technician was here and solved the problem. The technician was very friendly and helpful, and honestly had some good sea stories haha.
