They had everything I needed. They even had to get an off season item from the back. The staff was very helpful and attentive. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

THANK YOU SUSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bought 2016 Diamondback recoil in Feb of 2017 with the 3 year warranty. After I put about 300 miles on it the rear shock started leaking and I lost all pressure. It took a little while to get the shock but Susan was able to put the shock on under warranty and got me on my way.
