Hired Jansen/Adjusters International to represent us on a commercial office building tornado damage claim after they convinced me how they would have my best interests and how they were experts in dealing with Insurance Companies. Well, with all their expertise, as soon as the Insurance Company hired their Experts, all bets were off. They then were inclined to settle for the "low-hanging fruit" and not truly represent my interests any longer. Communication became almost non-existent, with promises never followed through with. Watch out for their slick sales pitch and initial promises and claims. As you should always do, get them in writing. You could probably do better without them and save yourself a ton of money and frustration.
