I used Jay for my house purchase in 2016 and Jay recently helped my daughter buy her house November 2020. Neither one of us were in perfect shape, financially or with our credit scores, and Jay was able to find us financing in both our situations. My daughter had lots of questions during the process. Jay was right there the whole way and answered her within hours, not days. I can't say enough to express my gratitude

We sought to have a refinance on our home. We started the process with Jay and he gave us different options that we could do. We selected one and followed Jays advice to not lock in the rate. A few weeks later Jay let us know the rates were lower and recommended to lock in at that time. Overall a great experience.
