Bring your binoculars then go out and go for a walk. Get away from it all and don't look down at your feet to your left and to your right get lost in the moment enjoy the moment and live in the moment

I've lived in Salem my whole life(outside of a 5yrs excursion in Eugene & being born in MI), and somehow I never went to this wildlife reserve until 2013 when I decided to drive down liberty to relieve stress. It is quite possibly one of my favorite places in the area, it's peaceful and it is very fun to birdwatching out here. There are so many birds to see throughout the year, I'm not much of a bird watcher in terms of identifying stuff, but so find it extraordinarily relaxing being out here. I never regret visit this area or taking a walk on some of the trails. If you like frogs, this place is full of them. As the city limits keeps moving South, I find more & more, I love this place. I recommend becoming a supporting member if you live wildlife, it's only like 30 a year. God Bless Amy

It has the perfect placing to watch birds, ducks, and a variety of other flying feathered friends. Been back several times since this 1st time.
