I would recommend this funeral home to anyone. Truly superb. They handled everything from start to finish, with dignity, and caring, as if it were their own loved one. They made us feel as they to were family. Andrew the director, Bill his associate and the rest of their team went well above and beyond. Five Stars fellas!

My father in law passed in Virginia but we wanted his funeral and burial in New Jersey. Andrew Hoffman from Jefferies and Keates took care of everything. He even went to the cemetery for us to verify available space in the family plot. He was patient in explaining and guiding us through the process. He arranged for the Elks Lodge Memorial and the Military Funeral services for my father in law. The funeral was dignified and beautiful. We couldn't thank Andrew enough for his services. He and Jefferies and Keates made a very painful process a little more bearable.

I cannot express how wonderful our experience was with Jeffries & Keates. Dealing with the death of my Dad was difficult for my family, especially for my Mom. We were treated with patience, kindness and respect by every member of the staff. In particular, Andrew Hoffman is deserving of much praise. He helped us plan what turned out to be a real celebration of my Dad’s life. It was like no other funeral I have been to. No detail was left unattended and he guided us in making decisions with no pressure and with full transparency. Andrew also made recommendations for the burial and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism, compassion and calm demeanor was a comfort during this time of grief and transition.

Just like most people, planning a funeral can be stressful, painful and exhausting. However, from the first call to Jeffries and Keates funeral home my husband and I found we were able to let go of much of the stress after discovering we were in very capable hands. The Funeral Director, Andrew, patiently walked us through the entire process while showing the sincerest respect to our grieving process. We never once felt like just another customer. Andrew took the time to get to know about our loved one by asking questions about her life and interests. He then put together the most personalized and beautiful celebration of her life I could ever imagine; complete with a lovely portrait and register book for us to take home. Every item he created, from the tri-fold booklet to the prayer book mark had a very personal touch. The staff at Jeffries and Keates took the time to put out hand sanitizer and masks as well as a cooler of water for the guests. After the funeral many of our friends and relatives mentioned how our loved ones home going was the most personal and beautiful funeral experience they had ever had. I highly recommend Andrew and the entire staff at Jeffries & Keates.

From the moment we met Andrew Hoffman and his caring staff at Jeffries and Keates we knew we were in good hands. Their core values of respect for family, respect for our family member and the respect for the profession were comforting. They carefully guided us through the process of creating a memorable service to honor our family member in a meaningful way. They were extremely caring and compassionate with your situation and took care of every detail beautifully. They arranged for final air transportation and personalized pickup at airport with courtesy phone calls to insure each step was handled with the utmost integrity and dignity for our loved one. The staff made us feel like they were our family and we could call on them for anything at any time.
