James, Jeremy have been excellent! J.F.' replaced an outside Carrier unit on the house last year (2015). We bought the house this year (2016), and the AC seemed to be intermittent. They came out and replaced a contact switch that got bugged up by ants. 1 week later, same problem! Another visit, a few ant traps later, and we're good to go. Fast service, very nice people - I highly recommend them. Okay, so a year later (2017), in March we replaced the other outside unit (the house is about 11 years old). Shortly after the thermostat started reporting no power connection. Again, excellent availability and scheduling at the front office. They came out and gave options for replacing the controller board or the entire inside furnace unit. We replaced the entire unit on their guidance. They completed the attic install fast, came back out very quickly to resolve another minor wiring issue, and were always available for a call. So for three years going, great service.

Found JF Maxwell via a google search two years ago. It was 6pm at night, mid summer heat and a broken a/c unit that had supposedly been fixed the week before by a different tech. Despite the late relatively hour and being a new customer, they were out at the house by 8pm. We had a new indoor and outdoor unit installed within days and they helped us keep our 18yr old fan unit going for the next 1.5yrs (we couldn't afford to replace it all at once). Well, that fan unit finally went and once again JF Maxwell was out immediately, had the replacement unit ordered and installed asap. The installer didn't like the looseness in the gas valve, so we were not charged anything until that replacement part was installed. I highly recommend this company. They work hard and make sure a job is done correctly.

Google showed very good reviews so I decided to give it try , since they company we had did not respond our call ..let me tell you something Jeremy and his assistant arrived earlier and super professional to our home gave us a diagnostic of the condenser issue and they fixed in less than 20 minutes. I was observing their work and yes I'm definitely keeping them heating & cooling company ..I would recommend them to my family and friends for sure.
