My furnace went out almost three weeks ago and Jim's worked with me trying to get me credit through their vendor to get it replaced. When that didn't work they stayed in touch with me the entire time I was working to get a loan. and as soon as I got that loan they moved their schedule around to get me heat the next day as we'd just got our first snow of the year and they didn't want me to go without heat any longer than necessary. I'd highly recommend these guys they're professional and care about their customers all while having competitive prices
