I have been living in his building 456 Eastern Ave in Fall River MA and he takes forever to fix problems in this building. He made us deal with a whole winter season to replace apartment windows that kept falling out of frame until he and his wife cane back from Portugal and he could have had his daughter come and have the windows fixed, the walls are paper thin and not insulated, for three winter seasons my girlfriend and I have been living in low temperatures freezing and we are currently freezing in our apartment, it is 12 degrees outside right now and temperature in my apartment is 14 degrees according to my thermometer. Joe bothelo is not some one you should look into an apartment with or even buy a house because he don’t care about anything but his pockets, I highly advise you look elsewhere considering the fact he has a nerve to evict me and my disabled girlfriend for a little bit of music playing mean while we put up with in healthy living conditions there is no heater in this apartment that heats up this apartment at all. Joe will be hearing from board of health, housing authorities and my lawyer

I showed up for a scheduledopen house and Joe did not show up nor did he notified me that he was not coming. I waited for over 30 minutes in the case that he was delayed due to traffic but my efforts were in vain. I feel as a professional you should be punctual or at least have the courtesy to let people know that you're not coming.
Joe was great! Promptly responded, honest and very personable. I definitely recommend him.
