We contacted John’s pools for a liner replacement. They did come out to our house and took all the measurements and told us that we were on their list for an early Spring installation. Near the time that we thought the installation would begin I called to confirm that we were still scheduled and that is when they brought up a bunch of concerns they had about our pool and told me that they weren’t positive they could do our install because our pool is a custom pool. They then went on to tell me that they would make it happen but they asked me to confirm a few things for them. The worse part is that the owner of John’s pool told me that there was no liner that would work with my pool and told me that I would need to remove the top cap off of our pool. Once I did that they just never called back and completely left me hanging. Thank god that A&A pools referred us to Jason Miller from Inwood, WV because he saved us and did an Amazing job getting our pool straightened out and installing a great liner. Best part is that he completed it just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Jason Miller was awesome to work with, extremely responsible and Very straightforward/honest. Qualities hard to find nowadays! I wanted to install pictures but for some reason it isn’t an option on this review. I do know Jason is on Facebook where you can see his work there. I strongly encourage anyone to stay away from John’s pools due to how they treated me and my family. I recommend you to go with any other pool company Such as Jason Miller or A&A but I’d stay clear of John’s.
