My daughter and I got our eye exam there. Everything went well. We scheduled a time to come back to buy glasses. The appointment never happened because of the snow. No one called to reschedule so I reached out to make another appointment. No one answered so I left a message. My call was never returned. Another day went by with no return call, so I called and left another message. Still no call back. Not sure what’s going on there.

Dr. Jones is the best hands-down! He goes out of his way for his patients, and has done so for me on many occasions when I was having recurring eye issues. Never once had a bad experience with his staff either. The office is very well run. They are all lovely!
The doctors are good and helpful but the others are rude especially on the phone!
Great office and Dr. Jones really cares about his patients. Big selection of glasses and all the folks in there are really willing to help you. Highly recommend!
I had something wrong with my eye. I called and they immediately got me in to help me. All the staff were amazing. the female doctor(sorry forgot her name) and her assistant were absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this place
Great experience. All of the staff walk you through every aspect of the exam so you know exactly what to expect. Very cordial and kind. Temps are taken at the door and the door is locked for scheduled customers only. All staff was wearing masks.
Great experience...the staff was very professional and courteous...The office was clean and everyone wore mask....the technicians.....the intern, doctor were all extra great in handling my exam and helping me select my frames.
Dr Jones is great. Good bedside manner, reasonable and thorough.
