I was very happy with my visit until I ordered and received my new glasses and was unable to see with the new glasses. I wearing glasses with corrected astigmatism, but my new prescription had no correction for astigmatism. I waited for a week and called the office for a new appointment. When I came for my appointment, they told me since I didn’t order my glasses from them, there was not much they can do. They even did not let me to see a doctor again until I explained that I was not looking for any compensation, but wanted a prescription that actually corrected my vision. The doctor changed my prescription for close vision, but only corrected my astigmatism for just one eye despite my complaints that I could not see well. I replaced my lenses at my own expense , but still cannot see my phone, book, or computer screen well. I am extremely disappointed with their integrity and lack of liability.

From the time I arrived and checked in the atmosphere was so relaxing. The lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly. The eye doctor was also very easy to talk too and I felt like he actually cared about me and my eyes. Kudos to the young man who prepared me for the doctor. Very nice smile and talked to me like he knew me. Very knowledgeable about his job and very professional. This is my new eye doctor. The young ladies that helped to fit me with glasses were also excellent. I love this place. This was my first visit. Loved it!!

Dr. Byrd is so aware of everything eyecare. When a sudden rash of floaters in my eyes signaled trouble, I was seen in no time and immediately referred to an ophthalmic surgeon. The quick response allowed me to have laser surgery and avoid more complicated full surgery for my retinal tears. But imagine my surprise when I realized that My Eyes' office has more up-to-date retina eye scanning equipment than the surgeon's office! Dr. Byrd really sees to it that the care they provide is the best it can be.
