I got trifocals and spent a lot of money even with my insurance. I was very happy with my glasses for distance and middle vision but the reader part did not give me good vision for reading and I’m back to my over the counters for that. Been difficult to get away from my job as an RN And it put me outside the 90 day window for a recheck and adjustment, and there are no exceptions. I can’t afford to pay for this again so I will just have to use over-the-counter readers again like I’ve been doing for the last five years. This is just a cautionary tale to make sure you get in within your 90 day window because there is no grace if you can’t or didn’t for some reason. I will go to Costco from now on.

Really great team working at Anderson Lane Vision Source! I hadn't been to an eye doctor in 3 years and badly needed an appointment. Everyone was super helpful. I asked to have a contact appointment during my appointment and they fit me in immediately! Armando and Kylie were really helpful on showing me how to get the contact in a getting it out, and really patient cause I struggled for a long time to get them in! Kylie was also super help with helping me try on glasses and picking out new frames! Would highly recommend asking her to help you find new frames! Dr. Albrecht was super helpful with my concerns about the trial contacts I used and order in another sample to see if that brand will work better. Overall great experience at Anderson Lane Vision Source and would highly recommend coming to them for your eye needs!

I visited Anderson Lane Vision Source this week and I must say that customer service is awesome!! Specially this lady named Sandra, she was very attentive and caring. I have to choose new glasses and is hard trying to find that what glasses fit more to your type of face but Sandra makes my experience so easy she was very helpful and I am very happy I got the perfect glasses thanks to Sandra!!! There should be more Sandra’s in other places. Thanks Sandra for your help!!!

Came in for a Vision exam for a prescription for glasses. From start to finish, staff was amazing. Very friendly, calm atmosphere. Dr. Schaper took care of me. One of the most, if not, the most thorough eye exam I've ever had in my life. Loved how passionate he is about getting it right. Prices are amazing as well, much cheaper than most places I had looked at. Thumbs up!!!
