Dr was good and exam was very thorough. Would have given it 5 stars but the man behind the counter was not at all welcoming. I walked in and told him I had an appt and he just said what cards he needed and handed me a form, muttered something that I couldn't understand and went back to his screen. Then when we was done with my cards, he put them on the counter and didn't say a word. I didn't know if I should sit down or wait for something more. Not friendly AT ALL. You're the welcome face for the clinic!

The good place to go for a routine eye check-up. They have sophisticated equipment to check my husband's eyes and my eyes. Dr. Gould is very warm and friendly person. Despite his great personality, he was thorough with his work. He was willing to go the extra mile to explain something to my husband and I that otherwise we didn't know. Valuable information indeed. The staffs there also were very nice and thorough with their works.
