I have been a patient of Val Vista Vision for at least 25 years, following Dr Staley and her staff in 3 different office locations. T his recent visit I rang the bell according to their Covid protocol and had my temperature checked. During a comprehensive eye exam for my very high power and astigmatism, Dr Staley was very patient. I had an exam for contacts and glasses. Laura was my optician and assisted me with the proper glasses for my high power, to disguise the thickness of my lenses as best as possible. Andrea, another optician also approved of my choice and Laura's expertise. Whitley, was the tech, who pre checked my vision. She was very friendly and professional. Sue, also did a pre check next month my contact lenses were in. She too was efficient and friendly. I've never had a concern or issue with Dr Staley or her staff. They all go that extra mile for their patient/customers. I highly recommend them.

My family and I truly enjoyed our experience here at Val Vista vision. The staff is very friendly and Sue is extremely helpful when it comes to the best way to purchase contacts. The doctors are wonderful and even took the time to cover the new exercises that my daughter could do to avoid increasing her nearsighted prescription in the future.

I've been going here for years (since they were at the previous location). Wonderful service from ALL staff. They make sure everything is perfect. I had some minor issues with some trial contacts a few times over the years, and every time they fixed it right away with no issues at all. I'll be going here and referring all friends, family, and coworkers for many more years come.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped with an issue. I had an eyelash get tucked under my eyelid. Worked me in the schedule even though they were busy. We both use them for our eye care. Great. Great business.
