Pleased beyond expectations from start to finish. Extremely clean & bright facility. Dr. Shin was very personable and knowledgeable, sweet and friendly. The office experience was totally awesome in spite of Covid19 procedures in place. Easy parking and great location. I wish there were more glasses to choose from. Special shout out to Alex, great personality overload!

I just had my first eye exam at Catonsville Eye Group and am very happy with the experience. I was scheduled quickly (less than one week), the office is very bright and clean and they take temperatures and monitor oxygen intake in addition to asking the standard COVUD-19 questions. The doctor was very friendly and thorough and the support team was equally welcoming. Their prices are fair and I plan to use their services for many years to come! I will recommend the Catonsville Eye Group to my family and friends!

CLEAN, SAFE, well taken care of. If you appreciate people who are genuine, kind, and care about your experience, definitely go to Catonsville Eye Group. From the second I walked in, I felt like my time was respected, as well as my health. Everything was sanitized and wiped down the second it is touched, but you didn’t feel restricted. My doctor was very thorough and helped with a lot of questions I had regarding my eye health. Jess is so wonderful. I cannot say enough about how sweet and helpful she was. She took her time picking the right pair of frames with me, and we chit chatted the whole time. What a gem she is. I told her that my daughter, who was coming in for her exam in a few days, would love circular frames. Jess was on it, ordering the frames she thought my daughter would like so they would be in by the time of her visit. I can’t say enough about this business, but they’re just amazing.
