I have been going here for years. Dr Greg Ferrucci is awesome ; you will receive a well explained and thorough eye examination. I highly recommend this practice. Prior to here, I was using Reliant and wasn't satisfied with their use of technicians addressing my contact needs (they had me in toric lenses unnecessarily). Dr Greg worked his magic and I am very satisfied with the contacts he selected for me ( I love my multifocals!)

One woman in front office very difficult to deal with. We left the practice because of her and ten years later we decided to try to go back. She refused to set up an appointment. Strangest way to treat patients I have ever seen.
I had been a patient of Dr. Ferrucci for many years. Yesterday I tried to schedule an appointment for a much needed checkup, but they refused because I don't own a cell phone. Their unwillingness to walk 10 paces from their comfortable office chairs to their front door in order to signal me to come in for an exam is a telling indication of their apparent lack of interest in their patients' well-being.
I would love to give this place a 5 star rating because Dr. Ferrucci deserves it, however.. his staff does not. Both times I have been there I have had a hard time in dealing with a particular person in his office who repeatedly argued with me about my cost for a contact lens evaluation. I had already worked that out with my insurance before I talk to her and she was insistent that I was going to pay more. It was so bad I actually had my insurance company call her to correct her. I recently was on the phone with her again to set up a new appointment and the same thing happened. She completely would not listen to me and ended up hanging up the phone. A few days later I got a letter stating my dismissal from their business. It literally says in the letter that I ask too many questions (??!!??). This woman is horrible and is hurting business for a couple of very good doctors. I have read different reviews on a couple different sites and have seen other people's complete shock in the manner of this individual.
the one on Union street in Franklin. Horrible place. I hate the sensation of something almost in my eye, cant tolerate it (wish I could) and told the technician this. she was so nasty asking me why I even came. She was actually yelling at me. Unprofessional and rude.
