I have been taking my pets to Jonesboro Animal Hospital for over 10 years. What really makes me happy is that when both of my cats were kittens, the veterinarian assitants were so loving to them that they were not scared and instantly relaxed. Even our Guinea Pig stayed still during his examination. Now my oldest kitty had to go in for his 1st Senior Cat visit without me because of the Covid outbreak but when he was returned to the car, The vet gave me a full account on the results of his exam and he didn't seem anymore frazzled than he was when we put him in the car to go there. I really like the ID card with his most recent picture that they send me.

I was very upset with this clinic. I had to put my 12 year old dog down, the dog was take. From me so they could put a Cath in, that severely upset my dog on a day he didn’t need to be upset. They had me pay outside his room where he could hear me but not get to me which upset him even further. 291 to put my beloved pet to sleep. 30 for a paw print that most vet clinics include for free. They didn’t even mail it, they made us come back out to get it. It was an unbaked soft print that we have to bake ourselves. Nails weren’t even trimmed back for a good print, and part of his paw isn't even on the clay! The clay kit is 6.70. So 23.30 was just for them to press it to his foot and not even bother to ensure they got his whole foot! I can’t ever get a chance at another paw print again, he’s gone forever. It was a very cold, expensive, and unnecessarily stressful trip. No sympathy or compassion for those that lost a member of their family!

They are great when is comes to caring for your fur babies but the phone etiquette is not good at all. They answer the phone and leave you on hold for a very long time. A few weeks ago, I stayed on hold over 30 minutes, I hung up and called back and no one answered. I am on hold as I type this review and I have been on hold for 9 minutes 47 seconds.

We love Dr. Rudd! She's always been wonderful, sweet and caring to my doggos Midnight, Bear, Bruno and now Bailey! I love her as a person as well because she explains things about my furbabies that I need to know. We really appreciate the time and care she gives us! Kudos to you Dr. Rudd!

When i had my dog neutered at a different location and he started swelling up, he needed to be seen as soon as possible and so i brought him to Jonesboro Animal Hospital. They where all very friendly, willing to explain everything in detail and took the up most care of him and due to their diligence and compassion, my boy healed up nicely and without further incident!!! Thank you Jonesboro Animal Hospital from my family and Mayhem too!!!
