What an amazing community. You get the feeling of home the minute you step in the door. This community lives up to all of the promises they have made. The staff are kind, caring and provide excellent care. The food is out of this world. They have some of the best Chef's in the area. Yachecia was on Master Chef Season 8, and was one of the top 5 finalist. Professional Chef is an understatement. They really try to work with Residents and Families to make them happy.

I love this place! It’s got an old world charm, that I really didn’t expect. The food is delicious! It’s nice and tidy with just a warm welcoming atmosphere. I was astonished at all the activities for the residents. From plays, to shopping, dining out.... it’s a wonderful retirement facility. The staff are always so courteous and willing to do those little touches, that leave you feeling like your home, and a pampered guest at the same time. My family all love Mrs Stagg! She’s fantastic. If your looking for retirement options we highly recommend Jubilee Hills.

An amazing community!! There’s no other place that compares. Jubilee offers high end amenities without the high end price. Great staff, excellent food, and a wonderful sense of unity. The residents are happy and engaged! I couldn’t think of a better place for someone to call home

I would NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE!!!! If I could give them a negative 10, I would. This is the worst place we have ever been. I would have to agree with Armuni Holmes. They lie about the food and claim they have chefs but they are wannabe at the most. I have attached pictures of some of the \meals\ as they call them. This is NOTHING like they show you on their website or what they tell you they serve the residents. To top that off, they get you to come and then start raising the rent and the level of care so they can charge you hundreds of dollars more than they told you they would!! Our mother moved there in October and was told she would be level 2 care. Her rent was 2850 (a special they were running that was suppose to be good for a year) and the care would be 900 plus we had to pay a one time 1200 fee to come to the facility. Our total bill was 3750 per month. They have raised her fees and/or room rate each month since we have been there. The contract we signed did not mean anything to them. Our January bill was 4335. A 585 raise in expenses in four months!! They have ran out of her medicine on multiple occasions, have refused to take her to the dinning room on days when she is not able to take herself and told by the caregiver that \it is not part of your care plan.\ The executive director Kelly Stagg is less than cooperative and has on more than one occasion been untruthful. It is sad that such a nice facility can be ran so inadequately and so many elderly adults are taken advantage of by places like this.

My mother has been living in Jubilee Hills Memory Care since February 2019. We are very happy with her care, the staff and administration. The food is wonderful. Very upscale facility. It’s like family. Lots of fun activities and outings to keep them busy and happy!
