I recently purchased the Bernina 880 Plus machine from the Inspired Sewist and worked with Nan on my purchase. She was so patient and has offered her help so that I have the skills to be successful. This is an amazing machine and I feel so grateful for Nan, Lori, and the whole team. I purchased this machine because of this dealer!!! You can't go wrong. My only regret is that I keep buying feet and accessories and have to exercise restraint. LOL! Thanks so much!

Purchased my first Bernina at this location. Nan answered my questions and spent time showing how to operate and maintain the machine. Staff's personal service made me feel valued. Much better experience here than with the dealer located in Cocoa Beach.

I am not even sure where to begin to give this store and its staff the praise it deserves. I recently purchased a Bernina B790 Plus from The Inspired Sewist. After looking at several local quilt stores and several brand machines, I ultimately decided on the Inspired Sewist and the Bernina brand because this store and it's staff gave me the sense that they will be there for me long after the sale. Nan sold me the machine and both she and Roxanne have gone way out of their way to help me along and teach me the functions of the machine and what it takes to ultimately become a nice quilter in the hopefully near future. I live 45 minutes from the store and I think I am there every week because the store has so much to offer and these ladies feel like family to me. Three weeks ago, Nan spent almost an hour on the phone to help me through a project so I didn't have to make another trip to the store that week. Roxanne is equally amazing and helpful. Lori, the owner, Nan and Roxanne and the rest of the staff provide service of \days gone by!
