Weeks ago I asked for a quote for a new engine, Mr Jhon was really professional and attended me well. Next day he called me with the price and the estimated delivery time which was 6 months, because the delivery time was very long I decided to buy it with another supplier that would have it available in 15 days. Today I called to ask for a quote for another part that I need for the same engine and the lady got angry because I bought the engine with someone else and not with them, she told me that Jhon spent a lot of time finding out where he could get the engine and that I did it waste his time that I should have more respect. I do not understand the reason for her anger and mistreatment of a client for this reason, I think it is totally unprofessional of her to get angry and hang up on the phone with someone for that reason. She definitely don’t know how to run a business, if I do that to my clients just because they have better prices and time frame I screw up my own business.

Made sure I was totally familiar with the new Toro mower, filled it with gas, helped me lift it into van and gave me tons of helpful info on Missouri lawns and how to maintain the mower in top condition.
