Checked in at the window and they came out within 10 minutes and inspected my vehicle. Service was quick and she was not rude at all

Called twice just to get information on how and what I needed to get an inspection and both times the woman who answers the phone copped an attitude. Didn’t appreciate that but guess that’s just how they are. Luckily I was having a good day and didn’t get back with her bc usually I would. Get your receptionist or whoever the hell answers the phone together up there. No need to be rude!

Just FYI. This sign is misleading...you have to get out of your car to sign in, then go back and wait in your car. I was waiting and no one came to my car and I was finally like okay I guess I'll go ask...kind of annoying
