This store has been around for several years. Setting up a new fish tank with issue kids and this was the first place I thought to go! Great customer service. Had 3 sisters separate employees ask us if we needed help. One girl in particular was extremely helpful and gave us LOADS of great advice and stayed and answered all the questions we had. She never acted like we were bugging her or keeping her from something. Very professional for a young lady! Great selection of fish, birds, rodents, and reptiles. Tons of supplies and accessories. Great prices as well.

Edit : This is now a one star review. Although the employees are amazing, the managers are incredibly rude. The employees were trying to be so helpful and encouraging to my nephew who is purchasing his first snake. The managers decided that their employees were spending too much time (even though they are rarely very busy in the reptile room) letting children see the snakes and talk about them, so they are limited to one snake for about 2 minutes. I would not recommend anyone go here. They were much better than the better known nationwide chains, but not any more. Amazing place to visit! The pets are obviously well taken care of, the employees are fantastic with kids and there are tons of animals that can be held!

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely care about the animals in their care. Wide selection of products and decent selection of exotic animals. Check out the reptile room while you're there.

Excellent!! Great selection of fish, very knowledgeable employees, customer service is amazing. Answers all our questions. Our grandsons loved seeing the snakes and gecko. We will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great experience.
