I originally had an account here and moved to Georgia and transferred my service there but ended up canceling service. Let me start this off by saying JT is AMAZING. I had an issue with the claims department (will not go into details) however, let me tell you it was a major misstep. JT EXCEEDED all expectations. I want to cry writing this review (if only you knew what happened, then you'll understand why I want to cry). JT went over and beyond to help me. He did not stop until the matter was properly resolved. This world needs more people like you who genuinely care about others problems. J.T. Is outstanding! I called him 10 minutes before the office closed on a Friday afternoon needing a binder on a new car I was trying to purchasing out-of-state. He got it to me quickly and gave me his cell number in case I needed another binder written after he went home! Morgan has been great as well as the other staff in the office. Highly recommend!
