I loved Cassandra!! I was skeptical at first since I had a trim at a different salon a few years back and refused to go to salons again after they trimmed my hair in it’s natural state (BIG NO NO!!) but I walked out of KBB Salon feeling AMAZING and I will definitely be going back again and recommend it to my friends and family \u200d️

Visited this Salon for the 1st time after seeing them on Social Media. Best decision I've made in a long time. The salon was neat and clean. The stylist sanitized each area after every use. Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a Color, Trim and Silk Press. My stylist Ashley did an AMAZING!!!! job. I will definitely be back.

Praise the Lord! After trying so many different salons in the area I think I have FINALLY found my hair home! Everyone was so kind and wonderful, they made me feel so comfortable that by the time I walked out I felt like I was already getting the treatment of a regular customer— and it was only my first visit. Before she began, Ashley took the time to get to know my hair type and history, and we talked through/decided together what method she would use to lift my roots. For more than a year now I have been hopping from stylist to stylist trying to get my hair the exact color Ashley successfully dyed it today! And not just that, it is sleek and bouncy, with so much body. She is both knowledgeable and talented! I booked my next appointment on the way out! The owner and receptionist were so sweet— it felt like I was amongst old friends. Definitely the kind of vibe you would get at the neighborhood black salon. They were also really good with cleanliness and COVID protocols. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I first got my hair kbb salon a year ago and I loved it. I never had my hair permed so I was pretty nervous how it would turn out. I showed kbb salon what I want and it turned out awesome. So here I am today and getting my hair permed again by her. Highly recommended.
