He is the best at what he does, and made my family and I feel so comfortable during this sad time of my mother's passing. Dealing with a loss is extremely hard but with Andrew Hoffman's help we were able to have everything we wanted plus more. Not only is he extremely hard working and compassionate but he goes above and beyond to meet all your needs. With these trying times he made everything we wanted seem possible. Our whole family felt they were included and everyone who came to honor our loved ones mentioned how beautiful his life was portrayed. He made beautiful banners and an amazing collage of all the best moments captured in our photos that he then gifted to us to keep. The whole staff of Keates and Plum were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process and even months out continue to check in and help us with anything we need. I could not imagine any of these things getting done without the help of this establishment.
