March 29th at 12:30 pm. Upon arriving for the second time for compost. I encountered an unmarked car ( not a sanitation vechical) several lengths in front of me. Without any warning. The drive decides to stop and back up. I slowed down sounded my horn to let him know there where others behind him. I went around him. Went to the weight station, where I was so rudely greeted by the same driver. I tried asking why was he backing up. He said, he was the plant manager and that they owned the facility, and basically could do what they wanted. I tryed telling him, I thought all motor vehicle were governed by the same laws. He then proceeded to say, I was band from the suite. I said some unchoice words! Then left! I’ve Been to this plant for the past 5 years getting compost etc. I’ll never go there again. This person could have caused a wreck and if there employees are above the law, then you are taking a risk each and every time you go there.
